Ezequiel Williams
Founder & Managing Partner
Ezequiel helps organizations turn complex, human problems into clear, collaborative paths forward. Drawing on more than twenty years of design and innovation work with teams at organizations such as Gilead Sciences, ServiceNow, UnitedHealth Group, New World Symphony, Royal Caribbean, and Cartier, he guides leaders and teams to understand the people they serve, align across silos, and design solutions that create real impact.
With an MBA and a background in cultural anthropology, Ezequiel works at the intersection of strategy and human insight, giving clients practical tools to listen and connect better, think together, and innovate with confidence. Through his podcast, Making Business Art, he explores what organizations can learn from creative disciplines to craft work that feels and performs better.
Ezequiel also works with a limited number of individuals through Making Your Way, a worklife design program he designed for accomplished professionals who want their work to feel more meaningful, aligned, and alive.
